Cotton jersey fabric for clothing brands

Choose 100% cotton single jersey for a T-shirt or compare cotton with elastane for a fitted top or dress. Weight, opacity, stretch recovery and handle should be assessed together; a heavier jersey is not automatically better for every garment.

We discuss approximately 180 g/m² cotton, 160–200 g/m² cotton with elastane and heavier mercerised cotton around 280 g/m². Compare colours using Pantone or a reference sample and assess sewing and washing before approving the quality.

Made-to-order production and available stock rolls are different options. Standard plain-fabric production is approximately 100 kg per colour and quality; rolls typically weigh 15–20 kg. Typical lead time is 2–3 weeks after specification approval, subject to availability. Printing minima and timing are confirmed separately.
