Start with a garment description or reference sample. We review the requirements, propose a suitable base and agree a colour approval method using Pantone or a physical reference. The final specification and delivery conditions form part of the quotation.
Describe the garment and the desired feel, opacity and stretch. Share the parameters you already know or describe a reference fabric. We agree the composition, construction, weight, colour and finishing before confirming production.
Colour approval uses Pantone or a physical reference. For printed fabrics, describe the design, base fabric and quantity. Samples, printing technology and the approval process are agreed for the specific order.
Send the quantity per colour and quality, intended garment, required date, delivery country and postcode. Standard production enquiries start at approximately 100 kg per colour and quality. You do not need a complete specification to start the discussion.
A typical production period is 2–3 weeks after parameters and yarn availability are agreed. We confirm price, minimum quantity, samples and delivery terms individually. For smaller quantities, ask about available full rolls or buy fabric by the metre at CoStories.
