Viscose is a cellulose fibre. The fibre name alone does not specify weight, stretch or finishing: compare actual fabric samples rather than relying on a label. Soft drape can suit dresses, blouses and relaxed shapes. For fitted garments, assess stretch and recovery; an elastane percentage does not replace testing the finished fabric.

g/m² measures mass per square metre, not per linear metre. Compare quotations at the same width, composition and finishing, including agreed parameter tolerances. Before cutting the collection, test washing, dimensions, seams and twisting. Do not assume one shrinkage figure applies to every viscose quality. These qualities are starting points for a quotation. Retain the sample, colour number and specification. For repeat orders, identify the previous batch and explain shade-matching requirements so the comparison refers to a specific fabric. Add the quantity, contact details and delivery country. Your selected base and print requirements will be included in the enquiry.

Made-to-order production and available stock rolls are different options. Standard plain-fabric production is approximately 100 kg per colour and quality; rolls typically weigh 15–20 kg. Typical lead time is 2–3 weeks after specification approval, subject to availability. Printing minima and timing are confirmed separately.
